On 14th Jan 2014, FFS-HEPA harvested ginger which achieved a good yield. After six – seven months of being planted at eco-kitchen area and other eco-farms, 80kg gingers have been harvested. These gingers are going to be made into ginger snaps to serve during Tet holiday. This good healthy product can replace other type of candies.
