From 20th till 22nd November, 2013, after the end of the workshop program of action research, representatives of six countries (Bhutan, Cam-bu division, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand) continue meeting on the issues related to the urgent matters of the Mekong River Basin.
