Vieng Phet, who was a good Lao student of HEPA Farmer Field School (FFS – HEPA) has been appointed to undertake an internship in Myanmar. In spite of the challenges from the difference of language and culture he has tried his best to achieve good lessons about organic farming.
In Myanmar, Vieng Phet has learnt many cultivation methods for organic farming such as: Tomato floating gardens, planting vegetable in bags, and processes for planting spring onions and lemon grass. He has summarized these lessons learnt in the attached file.
